Local and Caricom Resident Rates
Stay overnight and enjoy exclusive discounted rates for locals and Caricom residents.
One-Bedroom Suite:
- US$249.00 per night based on single or double occupancy | One Bedroom Suite Only.
- Includes taxes, room rate levy and Bajan Breakfast.
Two-Bedroom Suite:
- US$349.00 per night based on single or double occupancy | Two-Bedroom Suite Only.
- Includes taxes, room rate levy and Bajan Breakfast.
Extra Persons:
- US$50.00 per night
For all above of the above-10% service will be added from April 1, 2025.
Terms & Conditions:
- Validity: Rates valid for stay from March 20th – October 31, 2025.
- Minimum Stay: A two-night minimum is required for all bookings.
- Room access is subject to availability and is offered as Run of House.
- Deposit: A deposit for one night is required to guarantee the room, payable no later than 48 hours after booking.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation up to seven days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations made within seven days of arrival will forfeit the deposit as a penalty.
- Food from external Restaurants are prohibited in public areas.
- Special Occasions: Guests celebrating special occasions cannot bring their own decorations. Decorations will be provided at an additional cost.

Terms & Conditions:
- Day Passes must be booked no more than 48 hours before the arrival date.
- Guests must confirm the time for using the hospitality room upon arrival.
- No external food or beverages are allowed on the property.
- If using a hospitality room, guests cannot charge expenses to the room.
