Shuttle Driver/Messenger

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver / Messenger to join our team.

This role is responsible for safely transporting hotel guests to and from designated locations, including the airport, as well as handling hotel-related deliveries and messages. The successful candidate will ensure timely service, assist with luggage, and provide exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport and other designated locations
• Greet and assist guests with luggage and inquiries
• Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
• Ensure the shuttle vehicle is clean, fuelled, and properly maintained
• Conduct basic vehicle safety checks and report any issues
• Coordinate guest pick-ups and drop-offs with the Front Desk team
• Deliver packages, documents, and other items promptly and securely
• Maintain accurate trip logs and adhere to company policies and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Professional, courteous, and well-presented
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good knowledge of local routes and airport layout
• Ability to lift and handle luggage
• Flexible and dependable with strong time-management skills
