Food and Beverage Manager
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager who shares a passion for excellence and who infuse enthusiasm into everything they do. This is a vital role which oversees all F&B operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, beach service, and catering. You will lead the strategic vision and execution of our Food and Beverage Department and ensure that food service reflects South Point Hotel’s culture of innovation and inclusion while driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service and high guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and develop a professional team, fostering a respectful and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with culinary leadership to design seasonal, trend-forward menus aligned with brand standards.
- Oversee special events, private dining, and large-party reservations, delivering memorable experiences.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, manage inventory, and drive profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
- Handle vendor relations and ensure quality, cost-effective supply management.
- Maintain clear communication across departments and address guest feedback promptly.
Qualifications:
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major.
- 3-5 years experience in a senior role in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
- Proven experience in food and beverage leadership within a high-end hospitality environment.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of culinary trends, budgeting, inventory systems, and service standards.
- Customer oriented and good communication skills with a can-do attitude
- Hands on with good planning and organizational skills
- Ability to lead, supervise and work cohesively with a team of service staff
- Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
