Sales and Marketing Coordinator
We are seeking a dynamic, creative and driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be a communication expert helping us deliver exceptional results and brand visibility, and play a pivotal part in developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, strengthening our social media presence, organizing events, and supporting the Sales Team to help win new business and grow existing relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and materials to drive business growth and support sales objectives.
- Create content and messaging tailored to targeted accounts and customer segments.
- Develop and execute engaging social media content to strengthen local B2B brand presence and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to provide support on campaigns, events, client communication, and business development activities.
- Liaise with the Marketing Team and General Manager on prospecting efforts, outreach to corporate accounts, and follow-up with event planners and partners.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop marketing collateral, messaging, and sales enablement tools for client engagement.
- Assist with group bookings, respond to inquiries, and support the coordination of group materials and itineraries.
- Manage and update OTA (Online Travel Agency) materials and ensure accurate representation of offerings.
- Foster internal and external brand awareness through strategic marketing and communication efforts.
- Respond to guest questions regarding services/facilities and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Organize and support on-property events, including coordination with internal departments and external vendors.
- Knowledge of tour operator, and travel agent partners is essential
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales coordination, targeted marketing, and social media management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with handling OTA channels and coordinating group bookings is a plus.
- Passion for hospitality, sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- High attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills.
